Good reasons
WHAT MAKES HEINLOTH UNIQUE AS AN EMPLOYER
Our employees are our most important resource and play a key role in the success of our family business. It is important to us that everyone enjoys working for and with HEINLOTH, that we share common values and that we treat each other well.
Because as an employer and employee, we enter into a relationship that needs to be maintained. With site-specific benefits and a constant stream of new ideas, we endeavour to make working at Heinloth a contemporary experience.
Our
benefits.
Long-term cooperation
As a rule, we do not offer fixed-term employment contracts. We rely on a six-month trial period, which gives our new colleagues and us as an employer enough time to get to know each other. We want long-term relationships based on trust and therefore also train our trainees so that we can then take them on.
Fair remuneration models
Based on an appropriate basic salary, we usually pay Christmas and holiday bonuses, honour long-term loyalty to the company with anniversary payments and work with commission agreements or target achievement bonuses in individual areas. Our company car scheme can also be considered as a remuneration component for individual professional groups. What applies to everyone: the money arrives in your account on time!

BusinessBike
Thanks to a digitally designed ordering process, we enable our employees to quickly and easily lease an e-bike, the long-awaited mountain bike, the family cargo bike or anything else offered by various dealers throughout Germany via salary conversion.
Employee events
At least once a year, all employees from all countries and branches are invited to get together at the annual kick-off party to toast the old year and look forward to the new one. You have to experience it for yourself...
At the beginning of each training year, our trainees organise an activity together - whether it's bowling, climbing or rafting. Last but not least, we organise our Christmas tree event every December - everyone who wants to get a Christmas tree as a present, with mulled wine, warm soup and a cosy get-together.
That's it? Not quite - summer parties, departmental Christmas parties or a team event in between are also smaller and larger highlights in our everyday working life.
Personal development
Lifelong learning is important for personal development and therefore also for business progress. We support our employees in the long term with cross-divisional training programmes and, above all, individual training courses to develop professional expertise or the most important soft skills.
Corporate Benefits
Thanks to new codes every month, our employees can take advantage of attractive Heinloth discounts from well-known brands and suppliers, e.g. when Christmas is just around the corner.
Modern working environment/strong>
With height-adjustable desks and chairs, smartphones, headsets, tablets in trucks and oversized monitors, the individual workplace is equipped in line with the times and takes into account the requirements for healthy working.
Mobility allowance
In order to make travelling to work and vocational school more affordable for our trainees, we support them with the “Deutschlandticket” for the entire duration of their training once they have completed their trial period. A nice side effect: free travel throughout Germany.
We also subsidise the use of cars for longer journeys in justified individual cases or as a thank-you in between with a petrol voucher or travel allowance.
27+1+1+1 days holiday
Sounds strange? But it is! Our standard holiday arrangements are based on the collective agreement for the freight forwarding, transport and logistics industry. Our employees start with 27 days' holiday, which is increased by one day after two years and by another day after a further year, up to a maximum of 30 days per year.
Catering
We try to take good care of our employees with free coffee, water dispensers, fruit, vending machines, modern break rooms (some with table football) and small treats, e.g. ice cream in summer.
We do not have our own canteen - we have our own kitchens and nearby bakeries and restaurants are available at every location.en.
Occupational safety
The topic of occupational health and safety is very important to us and is a top priority for us. We emphasise a zero-accident policy, especially in our vehicle fleet and logistics areas, but also in our office buildings.
