Change of legal form in accordance with Section § 190 ff. UmwG (Conversion Act)

with this letter we would like to inform you about the identity-preserving change from the legal form of Heinloth Transport GmbH & Co. KG to Heinloth Transport GmbH.

We ask you to take into account that the legal identity of the company will not be changed and that there will be no impact on concluded contracts. All general terms and conditions as well as sales and delivery conditions etc. remain unchanged.

Existing contractual relationships of Heinloth Transport GmbH & Co. KG continue to apply to Heinloth Transport GmbH as a contractual partner. The company address, contact details and VAT identification number known to you, remain unchanged. Existing SEPA mandates do not need to be reconcluded.

Only the commercial register number changes: Please note the HRB number 42527.

You see: Basically nothing changes for you. We still consider it to inform you about the change of the legal form and would like to ask you to use the new name in your business correspondence from now on and to store this in your systems.
